You are preparing to interview an 8-year-old child who is believed to have suffered from sexual abuse. Create an interviewing plan including the following elements:

• First, consider the age of the victim. Based on the

  truth from lies, susceptibility to suggestions, and understanding of
  various legal concepts, such as numbers, time, and so on?
• Next, decide on the tools and techniques/interview strategies you
  will use to elicit information. Specify what you should and should not
  do to avoid “tainting” the testimony.
• Also, consider various factors that may impact the child’s ability
  to provide information. For example, where should you hold the interview
  to make your interviewee more cooperative? How long should it be?

Your paper should be 3-4
pages long APA, not including your cover page and references, and must
include at least three different sources. Take care to use credible
sources, such as peer-reviewed articles, expert blogs, and the textbook.
