- Why are good written and verbal communication skills highly prized by employers?
- Why do you think that employers feel todayâ€™s workforce are not properly equipped with writing or listening skills?
- Do you consider yourself to be a good listener? Explain.
- How can you improve your nonverbal skills?
- Does your employer do enough to improve their communication to their employees? Can they improve? Explain. (If you are currently not working, please reference a past employer).
– Your essay should be in APA format (RESEARCH is expected!) Include 2 outside references of academic journals found in the online library, a title page, and a reference page.
