No need to do the heading or title. The last page should be an annotated bibliography for the 3 scholarly sources you choose.
In addition to the attached photo, the class received this instruction in an email:
Include an annotated bibliography of 3 scholarly sources related to your proposed topic. These can be books or articles—if books, you need not use the entire book if a particular chapter or section is relevant. I recommend using JSTOR for articles. Sources should be cited according to MLA 9th edition style. Beneath each citation, include 2-4 sentences summarizing the author’s argument/main points. This annotation should indicate more than what is indicated in the title of the book/article and show that you’ve at least skimmed through the source. You need not specify exactly how you will use the source, so long as it’s clearly related to your topic.

Hi Tony, How are you? Hope everything is great. I am suing my former employer “The Council of State Governments” for 10,000 for overtime pay that was owed to me but never paid out. My boss created a hostile work enviorment and made discriminatory comments about me. I know the statue of limitation had passed but may we could bring that up.

Also when I was let go, they blocked my emails from going through to the HR team when I was emailing them for answers. My manager had access to my time sheet and editted my time sheet when he was not suppose to.

They also asked building management to delete my swip card that would show the hours I came in for work and the hours I left the building.

Hi Tony, how are you? Hope everything is great. I am suing a bus service named Martz. I had taken a trip one day and had a unprofessional customer sit next to me who should have been asked to leave. Unfortantly the bus drive did not do anything. Because of what happened, I feel they owe me a refund for the ticket I bought.
