How are you? Hope things are good my friend. I am working on another law suit where I am suing the Scott County Sheriffs office for not providing proper services. We asked them to deliver a summons to a Apollo tools site and they did not. I will pay for 3 pages for now but please let me know if you need more.

Appeal with crime victims board over descion

Hi Tony, how are you my friend? Hope everything is great. I was wondering if you can help me with an appeal I was try to type up against the Crime Victims board. I went to court yesterday and I was told that small claims court has no jursidction to sue state agencies in New York city. I was told I had to sue in another court called the court of motions. I attached a few things to this case. I’ll do 3 pages for now and if you need more, please let me know.

Hi Tony

How are you? Hope everything is good. I need your help in a letter that I am writing to the New York Foundling. I had filed some complaints with an orgazation call the justice center of the abuse that my niece was suffering by the New York Foundling. We were told that we can get copies of the complaints filed by writing to the CEO of the New York Foundling requesting all the documents and invesgation notes done on the complaint.
